We moved our managed print solution to Kopikat in June 2016. From our first meeting, we have found Kopikat to be a customer focussed business and they have provided us with the best advice for sourcing new printing equipment and software that facilitates ‘follow-me’ printing and workflow scanning.
The managed print solution they advised for us was very focussed on giving value for money on ongoing copy charge costs. Tracking software allows us to keep track of costs / usage. Kopikat’s after sales support is second to none and they are very pro-active in monitoring machine performance and consumables.

We use our Kopikat machine for every thing with ink bar make the tea in my favourite mug!!! Pleased is not the best word to use when describing the level service & product we received from Pat & his team….its bloody BRILLIANT.
If you were like us running with a separate printer & scanner both who drank ink while in use then you really need to get the perfect easy solution from Pat. We explained our simply requirements to him (Pat), he then brought in one of his many quality machines & now we have 3 in total in our offices with a fourth on the way.
